Due to the COVID19 pandemic, the Xcel Centre is only open limited hours for essential staff work.

For main centre and conference inquiries, we are open from 9am-12pm, Monday and Thursday

Finance department is open from 9am -12pm, Monday and Wednesday

If your inquiry is both urgent and essential, then emergency contact number, 07962 247108, is available between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
